ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ЖИТТЄВОЇ АНТИЦИПАЦІЇ У ДОРОСЛИХ ІЗ РОЗЛАДІВ АУТИСТИЧНОГО СПЕКТРА: ІНТЕГРАТИВНА ТЕОРЕТИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ

Дослідження життєвої антиципації у дорослих із розладами аутистичного спектра (РАС) залишається недостатньо розробленим напрямом сучасної психології, попри його значення для адаптивного функціонування, планування, підтримання намірів і регуляції повсякденної поведінки. Мета статті – теоретично обґрунтувати інтегративну причинно-орієнтовану модель психологічних механізмів, що можуть визначати специфіку антиципаційних процесів у дорослих із РАС, а також окреслити потенційні медіатори й модератори для подальшої емпіричної перевірки. Методологічною основою роботи є наративний систематичний огляд джерел, індексованих у Scopus і Web of Science за 2010–2025 рр., із використанням логіки причинно-орієнтованого аналізу як засобу концептуального впорядкування теоретичних припущень. У результаті запропоновано інтегративну модель, у якій інтолерантність до невизначеності розглядається як імовірний центральний медіатор між вираженістю аутистичної симптоматики та параметрами майбутньо-орієнтованого пізнання. Виокремлено три гіпотетичні шляхи впливу: через виконавчу дисфункцію, емоційну дизрегуляцію та алекситимію, а також через особистісно-семантичні обмеження, пов’язані з Я-концепцією, автобіографічною пам’яттю і смисловою організацією образу майбутнього. Узагальнені дані сучасних досліджень свідчать про зниження здатності до ментальних подорожей у часі, епізодичного мислення про майбутнє та підтримання проспективних намірів при РАС. Водночас наголошено, що ці механізми не вичерпують поняття життєвої антиципації, а утворюють лише окремі її компоненти в межах ширшої психосемантичної системи уявлень про майбутнє. Зроблено висновок, що запропонована модель є теоретично обґрунтованою, концептуально цілісною та придатною для подальшої перевірки засобами структурного моделювання; груповий статус розглядається як потенційний модератор сили зв’язків у межах моделі. Окреслено перспективу операціоналізації конструкту через психосемантичну методологію та багатогрупове структурне моделювання у майбутніх дослідженнях
