The article presents a theoretical and analytical study of logotherapeutic methods as an effective tool for preventing and overcoming emotional burnout among individuals in early adulthood. Emotional burnout is viewed as a syndrome of chronic emotional and physical exhaustion that arises as a result of prolonged professional stress, overload, and loss of life meaning. The issue is particularly relevant for individuals aged 20–40, who are in the process of professional formation, family building, career development, and identity search. Traditional approaches to overcoming burnout focus mainly on symptom control and short-term stress reduction, without addressing the deeper existential causes. Logotherapy, founded by Viktor Frankl, is aimed at the search for and restoration of life meaning as a key factor of psychological resilience. The main principles and techniques of logotherapy are examined, including dereflection, paradoxical intention, Socratic dialogue, and attitude modification. These methods contribute to reducing self-centeredness, overcoming fears, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering an adaptive perception of situations that cannot be directly changed. Recent studies confirm the effectiveness of logotherapy in reducing burnout, depression, and anxiety among helping professionals, as well as in increasing self-reflection, motivation, emotional resilience, and goal awareness among young adults. In the Ukrainian context, logotherapy has proven effective in working with military personnel, students, and employees under conditions of increased psychological stress. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of logotherapeutic techniques for individuals in early adulthood, the identification of their specific mechanisms of action, and the empirically confirmed impact on reducing burnout.
