ВСЕМОГУТНІСТЬ ПРОТИ БЕЗПОРАДНОСТІ В КОНТЕКСТІ АКТУАЛЬНОЇ ПСИХІЧНОЇ ТРАВМИ

У статті аналізуються поняття всемогутності та безпорадності щодо ментальної травми. Визначено, що концепт всемогутності асоціюється з дооб’єктною стадією первинного нарцисизму, є джерелом нормального відчуття самоефективності та пов’язаний з почуттям провини. Комплекс навченої безпорадності є однією з провідних сучасних когнітивних моделей ПТСР. В аналітичному підході передбачається первісна позиція всемогутності, яка поступово обмежується реальністю і лежить в основі нормальної самоефективності. У когнітивному підході передбачається первісна позиція безпорадності, а нормальна самоефективність формується в процесі навчання контролю. Запропоновано розглядати безпорадність та всемогутність не як протилежні (контрарні), а як суперечливі (контрадикторні) поняття, де концепція всемогутності співвідноситься з формуванням моральної відповідальності за світ, а концепція безпорадності – з формуванням інструментальної самоефективності. Висловлено припущення можливості додаткового застосування моделі всемогутності для окреслення комплексного ПТСР та складної ментальної травми. Комплекс всемогутності активується в складніших травматичних ситуаціях, де порушується відчуття контролю над світом, а не лише в ситуаціях страху смерті та незмоги їх уникнути. «Активація» комплексу всемогутності призводить до почуття екзистенційної провини в комплексній травмі, що призводить до феномену псевдоменалізації. Запропоновано підходи до роботи з кПТСР щодо прояснення альтернативної реальності, яку клієнт несвідомо уявляє, але є безсилим утілити, та визнання безсилля, що відкриває доступ до нормального процесу горювання.
