The article is dedicated to the study of the mental health of adults with alcohol addiction, specifically focusing on the assessment of levels of depression, anxiety, and alcohol cravings. The aim of the study was to determine the initial levels of these psychological disorders among individuals with alcohol addiction and to develop and implement three adapted psychotherapeutic interventions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). The research employed a comprehensive set of quantitative and qualitative methods, including psychometric tools such as AUDIT for assessing alcohol consumption, BDI for measuring depression, GAD-7 for evaluating anxiety, and PACS for assessing alcohol cravings among the participants. A total of 64 adults struggling with alcohol addiction participated in the study. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in depression, anxiety, and alcohol craving levels after six months of therapeutic interventions, as well as a notable improvement in emotional regulation and the ability to control alcohol cravings. Statistical analysis of preand post-intervention results showed the high effectiveness of the applied psychotherapeutic approaches and revealed that the combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices helped participants better cope with stressful situations and reduce alcohol consumption. This highlights their practical value in improving the mental health of adults with alcohol addiction. The practical significance of the study lies in its potential to enhance the psychological assistance system for adults with alcohol addiction and integrate these interventions into rehabilitation and relapse prevention programs. The proposed interventions can serve as a foundation for further research and development in the field of alcohol addiction psychotherapy.
